Groups, Communities and Institutions

DESECE offers empowerment in the field of Peace Building, Civic Education, Gender, Health and Organic Agriculture through workshops, trainings, demonstrations and exposure in the counties of Bungoma, Kakamega and Trans Nzoia to the following target groups:

  • Youth, women, widow and men groups
  • Groups of disabled people and people living with HIV/aids
  • Farmer groups
  • Schools and churches

The Public

DESECE hosts and takes part in various events, which are open for the public. These events include farmers field days, agricultural exhibitions and peace tournaments. Peace tournaments are the highlight of our peace building activities. Every year this event attracts more than thousand people, who are watching the various sports and fun games and listening to the initiators about the value of peace. Office Address & Opening Hours

Our office is located in Londo Village, Mukuyuni, Bungoma North and is open for you:

  • from January to December
  • from Monday to Friday 9 - 17 h
  • only at Christmas time our office is closed
